The 11th Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge was held on 18th October and Bicycle Queensland wanted to offer its members something a little different in its marquee at the finishing line.

They contacted Brizzy Jumping Castles requesting a fully managed popcorn machine hire including all consumables as well as serving staff. The problem was, the quantity required couldn’t be confirmed.

​What started at 900 servings of popcorn went to 500 and back up to 1200 due to a last minute influx of registered riders. As a non-profit organisation, Bicycle Queensland certainly didn’t want to waste money on excess popcorn consumables.

So how did we put together the Popcorn Machine Hire Package?
