Tasha was friendly and helpful all throughout the booking process. The delivery drivers on the day were similarly a joy to deal with. Despite a mix up in delivering all the pieces of the inflatable, which would make anyone frustrated, the drivers dealt with it like champs even though they had to drive back to head office promptly to pick up the right gear! Tash in the office was amazing. Her customer service skills were on point. The delivery guy was also very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of issues on the morning where the delivery driver had to come back, due to no fault of brizzy jumping castles, and I could not fault the service we received. I needed some chairs for a special event when my other arrangements fell through at the last minute. The staff were so understanding and accommodating in my crisis. Americana chairs were delivered the next day in plenty of time for my function by a very pleasant gentleman, & collected promptly the next day. Brisbane Event Hire's equipment and pricing is some of the best we discovered when looking for the products we needed for our event 'Chill Out Zones'. The team where helpful in having stock created in time for our event and to the quantity needed (which was a great relief on enquiry). The delivery guy helped unload and store the items which was a massive help to our Operations Coordinator (thank you). We were thankful to book the Frozen jumping castle 1-week before our daughters birthday. It was available!! The booking process was very straight forward and I really liked that fact that I could check availability of your products online. I like being able to have that information readily available, but still have the option of calling if I needed more help. We were pleased with the communication and support that we received in the lead-up to the event, and when the weather looked like it was going to be horrific we were kept up to date with options and next-steps. Thankfully the weather held out and we were able to have a wonderful 4th birthday party complete with the Elsa (Frozen) castle.
