Yes, small items can be collected from our warehouse in Brendale. Book your collection by phone, and we’ll give you the address and a collection time between 9am and 3pm. Marquees and other equipment that needs installation are delivered and installed by our team.

All hire pricing and hire periods can easily be seen on the product page of the equipment.

Note that some costs like delivery, set up or after hours collections are additional to the hire price of the item. Complete a hire quotation online for a comprehensive total.

Delivery runs are not finalised until 24-48 hours prior to an event start time so we're unable to provide delivery and collection times until then. Once finalised, a 2-3 hour time window will be supplied to you via email and text message.

Generally speaking:

• Bookings for party hire equipment that fall over a weekend (most common) are delivered Wednesday - Saturday and collected Sunday - Wednesday. Mid-week bookings are usually delivered the day prior and collected the day after.

Our minimum order varies across areas and starts at $250 + delivery for inner Brisbane. 

Areas that extend outside of this or outside of our regular delivery zone have higher minimum order values. You can check your delivery and minimum order fee by searching your postcode here 

We have live availability search built into our website. This means you can search any product for availability on any date or time.

Simply add the date of your event on any product page and the system will automatically display the product quantity available at which time you can add the product to your hire cart.

If the product is unavailable, it will show 'unavailable' and you will not be able to add the product to your hire cart.

A small delivery fee applies to all bookings depending on the distance between our warehouse and the location of your event and takes into consideration factors such as fuel, labour and tolls.

The delivery fee shown includes both the drop off and collection of your booking on a STANDARD delivery basis. We offer significantly lower delivery fees when compared with other party hire companies and can offer this by grouping together large volumes of deliveries within an area together.

Add your items to your hire cart and complete a hire quote online. Once your quote is accepted, simply sign your hire contract and pay the deposit.

As soon as payment is received, your equipment is reserved for your event date to guarantee supply and avoid double bookings.

Plans change (and so does the weather!) and we understand. Our cancellation and postponement terms explain the notice required and what happens to your deposit.

Yes. Marquees, dance floors and stages are installed by our crew and this is included in the price shown on the product page where noted (delivery is additional).

Most other items, such as tables and chairs, are supply only, however you can add set-up and pack-down in the Add-Ons section of the product page or let us know when you book.

The earlier the better! Popular items and peak dates (especially weekends, spring and the festive season) book out fast, so we recommend securing your booking as soon as you know your event date.
