Requirements (expected proficiencies):
Cleaning experience across varied platforms. This could be vehicle, bond, commercial or private
Experience with chemicals and how/when to use on various types of surfaces
Attention to detail hyperactivity 🙂
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies & equipment
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision and guidance
Reliable transport to and from our warehouse

Managing the cleanliness of our equipment will become your pride and joy and working alongside our warehouse team, you'll efficiently process each and every piece like a work of art to ensure they are ready to be picked, packed & delivered on time!

Whilst you're not working on the front line, you understand that the first thing our clients see are our vehicles and equipment. So the responsibility of presenting these to the highest standards is not taken lightly
You'll work closely with our warehouse team and be involved with new product training, safety processes and the pride of knowing your hard work is valued by our customers.

A daily brief on upcoming events and the equipment required
A timeline as to when everything needs to be prepped and ready for loading as well as handling returns
An ever changing equipment range that needs to be maintained and kept in pristine condition
Something different every day! Our events are always different which means the equipment required is always different!

What will my working hours be?

General working hours are between Monday & Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm however these may vary slightly pending the volume of events we have at any one time and can also be revised slightly to assist with school drop offs/pick ups etc.

Where will I be working?

Our warehouse is based in Geebung on Brisbane’s Northside.

What type of work will I be doing?

You’ll be responsible for things like:

Sorting and processing returned event hire equipment for cleaning, repair or write-off’s
Managing the cleanliness of equipment including plastic chairs, plastic fencing, bar stools, wedding chairs, glassware, cutlery, cushions, linen, food machines, inflatables, marquees & more
Liaising with our warehouse team to efficiently process the above
Preparing outgoing equipment for hire once cleaned

How much do I get paid?

We pay above award wages dependent on your experience, competencies and demonstrated ability to complete a task or job.

Do I need a drivers license?

Whilst this role is based in our warehouse, a drivers license is always preferred for reliability but not compulsory.

Do I need to be physically fit?

This is a fast paced work environment and the volume of equipment being returned and needing to be processed promptly is high, therefore the role will suit someone that is physically fit and used to being on their feet all day.
