- Map your usable space. Mark the flattest area for a marquee and note anything overhead, like trees, clotheslines, shade sails or powerlines. A rough sketch with photos helps us suggest options.
- Check the way in. Side gates, narrow paths, steps and steep driveways all affect how furniture and structures reach the yard. Tell us about them when you book so delivery day runs smoothly.
- Flag the slope. Hilly yards are common around Brisbane. If the ground isn’t level, mention it early so the right gear goes to the right spot.
- Think about the season. Summer garden parties need shade and a backup for afternoon storms. Winter gatherings are better with heaters and a marquee to hold the warmth.
- Cover the basics. When the guest list outgrows one bathroom, portable toilets and bins keep people out of the house, and lighting keeps the party going after dark.
- Decide how hands-on you’ll be. Our crew can set up everything, or just install the marquee so you can style the rest.

Will a marquee fit in my yard?
It depends on your space and the marquee style. Measure your area, check the size details on the product page, or call us and we’ll help you choose.
Do I need power or water for anything?
Some items do. For example, misting fans need standard power and a garden hose and some toilets need a hose connection and truck access. Check each product page for its requirements.
Can I collect the gear to save on delivery?
Generally all orders are delivered and collected though we can accommodate warehouse collections (minimum orders apply). Enter your postcode on any product page to check your delivery fee.
What if I need delivery at a set time?
Standard delivery comes with a two-hour window confirmed 24 to 48 hours beforehand. If you need a fixed time, we can accommodate that as well but additional fees do apply
