How to plan an 18th or 21st party at home
Milestone birthdays are usually Friday or Saturday nights, and spring and summer weekends book out fast across Brisbane. Get your 21st or 18th party hire sorted early, then fine-tune the details.
- Plan the zones first. Decide where guests will arrive, grab a drink, dance and sit down. A marquee gives the party a centre, a bar and cocktail tables make the drinks area, and glow furniture or bean bags create a chill-out corner.

What's the best setup for a backyard 21st?

Is the glow furniture hard to use?
Not at all. It arrives fully charged and runs off a remote, so there’s no power or cabling to worry about.

When is everything delivered and collected?
Weekend bookings are usually delivered Thursday to Saturday and collected Sunday to Tuesday. You’ll get a two-hour delivery window 24 to 48 hours beforehand.
