Planning a festival or market in South East Queensland?
Festival and market organisers juggle councils, stallholders, volunteers and the weather. Locking in your event hire early frees up time for everything else.
- Match the hire period to your build. Hire runs for a single day, multi-days or long term, which leaves room to set up before the gates open and pack down afterwards. That suits multi-day festivals and regular markets alike.
- Start the approvals early. Permits are the organiser’s job and councils and/or venues often want supporting documents before they sign off. Build that into your timeline. We can provide our certificate of currency on request and help with risk assessments and engineering reports for the structures you hire.
- Draw a site plan. Mark stall rows, the stage, food areas, toilets, bins, entries and exits. A plan makes it much easier to work out how many pagoda marquees, toilets and metres of fencing you need.
- Control the crowd flow. Our crew can connect, install and remove temporary fencing, crowd control barriers and picket fencing, so your volunteers can focus on the event.
- Prepare for heat and storms. Summer events in SEQ need shade for stallholders and patrons, plus a plan for storm season. Covered areas and secure structures keep the day running.
- Light the evening sessions. Festoons and lighting poles turn a daytime market into a twilight event.

Can you handle large or multi-day events?
We sure can! Hire periods can runs for a single day, multi-day or even weeks – whatever your event needs. Send us your site plan, dates and expected crowd and we’ll put a package together.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold $20 million public liability insurance and can send our certificate of currency on request.
Do I need a permit?
Permits are the organiser’s responsibility, so check with your council or venue early. We can help with supporting documents such as risk assessments and engineering reports.
Do you install marquees and fencing?
Yes! Our experienced crew installs marquees of all sizes and we can connect, install and take down temporary fencing, crowd control barriers and picket fencing for you as well. Prefer to run the rest yourself? We can install just the infrastructure.
Do you hire toilets and what do they need on site?
Some units need a hose connection within 25 metres and truck or forklift access. Check each product page, or call us if water isn’t available on site.
