Tips for planning a work Christmas party in Brisbane
December is the busiest month for corporate event hire in Brisbane. Most end-of-year parties land in the same few weeks, so the sooner your plan is set, the more choice you’ll have.
- Work back from the cut-off. Christmas 2026 orders close on Friday 18 December, and we close at midday on Thursday 24 December. If your party is in the last week before Christmas, book early rather than on the deadline.
- Make the 7-for-4 deal work for you. Christmas hire gives you 7 days for the price of 4. That’s handy if you’re running a staff party and a client function in the same week, or want the gear to stay up over a weekend.
- Plan for December weather. An outdoor Christmas party can start hot and finish with a storm. A marquee covers both, and misting fans and bean bags in the shade keep the afternoon comfortable.
- Brief us on the venue. Loading docks, lifts, stairs, parking and building access hours all affect delivery, so mention them when you book.
- Hand over the set-up. Our crew can set up the whole space, from marquee, bars and glow furniture to staging and sound, so your team just arrives and celebrates. Or we install only the marquee and your event team takes it from there.

When do Christmas orders close?
The order cut-off for Christmas 2026 is Friday 18 December. Deliveries run through Christmas week, and our office shuts down at midday on Thursday 24 December.
Is there a Christmas hire deal?
Yes. As in previous years, Christmas bookings get a full 7-day hire for the price of 4 days, so there’s no rush to pack up straight after the party.
Can you set up the whole space for our team?
Yes. Our crew can install everything, including the marquee, flooring, furniture, bars, lighting and staging, so your team just turns up. Or we can put up the marquee and let you style the rest.
Can you deliver to our office or a venue?
Yes. We deliver to offices, venues, parks and private properties. If the gear has to go up stairs or in a lift, or you need a fixed delivery time, extra fees may apply, so let us know when you book.
