YOUR TASKS & DAYS WILL INCLUDE:

Set up and pack down event equipment at events with precision and efficiency
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relations
Adhere to job project timelines and ensure a fluent delivery process
Collaborate with Operations & Warehouse crews for seamless execution
Perform picking, packing, loading, or unloading of event equipment
Operate forklifts and other machinery
Embrace a Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) mindset for ongoing enhancement

Frequently Asked Questions About This Position

What will my working hours be?

Base hours are M-F, 8am – 4pm however as an events company, we’re on the go 7 days/week so your shifts whilst regular and reliable, are varied and can be early morning, late afternoon/evening Monday through Sunday.

Where will I be working?

Our warehouse is based in Geebung on Brisbane’s Northside but you’ll be bumping in and out of events all around Queensland!

You must have reliable transportation to our depot location.

What type of work will I be doing?

You’ll be responsible for delivering and collecting event hire equipment, loading and unloading vehicles, setting up or packing down both small and large events within the community and various other related duties

How much do I get paid?

We pay above award wages dependent on your experience, competencies and demonstrated ability to complete a task or job.

Overtime and after hours event rates also available

Do I need a drivers license?

Yes, you will require an open manual driver’s license for this role (automatic licenses only will not be considered)

Experience with delivery of equipment, driving various sized vehicles & knowledge of Brisbane locations and/or any event hire experience is advantageous.

Do I need to be physically fit?

Event hire equipment can be heavy, awkward and laborious because of volume, so yes you will need to be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.

You don’t need to be Arnold Schwarzenneger but you do need to be able to move quickly, lift things frequently and be used to being on your feet for extended periods of time.
