The role
If you’re great at putting things together, or keen to learn how, you’ll enjoy a job where building and setting up comes first. You’ll bring real attention to detail, follow clear processes and help create some of Queensland’s finest events.
Every year we help plan, design and build more than 3,000 events, and most of them are outdoors. From marquees to weddings and sports carnivals, we do it all. If an office isn’t for you but working outdoors around Brisbane is, this role is for you. With different locations, hundreds of products and new customers every week, no two days are the same, and we’re a good bunch of people to work with.
This role may not suit you if you prefer working indoors or doing the same task every day, you don’t like learning or following procedures, you’d rather work alone, you think “close enough is good enough”, or you find heat and rain hard to work in.
How we work
We hire for attitude as much as experience. If these sound like you, we’ll get on well.
Results only
In events you get one chance to get it right, so the result is what counts.
Bring the energy
Our clients are celebrating, and a happy, energetic crew is part of the service.
Responsive and efficient
Our growth has been built on responding quickly and working efficiently, and that's how we look after every client.
Do it right the first time
Take pride in delivering an exceptional product or service first time, every time.
Be accountable
Things sometimes go wrong. We own it, learn from it and do better next time.
Kaizen mindset
Small, continuous improvements make tomorrow better than today.
