Product Info
Planning a large reception for family, friends or the whole community? The 8 m x 21 m structure marquee covers 168 m² across seven 3 m bays, with room for seated dining, a bar, a dance floor and a lounge area in one continuous space. The 8 m span keeps every zone connected while giving each its own breathing room, with space for approximately 245 guests standing, 224 at trestle tables or 140 at banquet tables. It's a commercial-grade structure rather than a gazebo, built for big celebrations.
Choose a white or clear roof with white or clear walls, then add flooring, lighting, air conditioning and secure anchoring. The frame extends in 3 m bays up to 30 m. Installed and packed down by our crew.

Delivery Options
Standard (flexible) delivery & collection rates shown in your cart are default rates pre-loaded into our website, covering fuel, tolls and minimum driver labour.
It covers a flexible service during standard business hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–5pm and Sun, 8am–4pm), where we can deliver and collect 1–5 days before and after your event date. A 2–3 hour time window for the day of delivery is provided leading up to your event, but it is selected by us on a shared route and cannot be changed.
Note that a standard flexible service means we deliver only to the nearest point our truck can safely park, such as a driveway, garage or loading dock.
Need a set time? You can upgrade to a Dedicated Delivery Time or Dedicated Collection Time (weekday or weekend) and we'll schedule a truck just for your window.
Extra charges apply for:
- Before or after-hours delivery or collection
- Stairs, lifts or steep slopes
- Large orders that can't be grouped with other deliveries and/or bulk unloads
- Extended carry and access, such as into a backyard, through a shopping centre, or to multiple spots at a school
