Product Info
Planning a sit-down celebration with a proper head table? The 8 m x 9 m structure marquee gives you 72 m² across three 3 m bays, with the width to run a head table along one end while guest tables fill the floor in front. The extra span keeps aisles clear for catering staff and speeches, with room for approximately 105 guests standing, 96 at trestle tables or 60 at banquet tables. It's a commercial-grade structure rather than a gazebo, built to give your event a polished, permanent feel.
Choose a white or clear roof with white or clear walls, then add flooring, lighting, air conditioning and secure anchoring. The frame extends in 3 m bays up to 30 m. Installed and packed down by our crew.

Delivery Options
Standard (flexible) delivery & collection rates shown in your cart are default rates pre-loaded into our website, covering fuel, tolls and minimum driver labour.
It covers a flexible service during standard business hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–5pm and Sun, 8am–4pm), where we can deliver and collect 1–5 days before and after your event date. A 2–3 hour time window for the day of delivery is provided leading up to your event, but it is selected by us on a shared route and cannot be changed.
Note that a standard flexible service means we deliver only to the nearest point our truck can safely park, such as a driveway, garage or loading dock.
Need a set time? You can upgrade to a Dedicated Delivery Time or Dedicated Collection Time (weekday or weekend) and we'll schedule a truck just for your window.
Extra charges apply for:
- Before or after-hours delivery or collection
- Stairs, lifts or steep slopes
- Large orders that can't be grouped with other deliveries and/or bulk unloads
- Extended carry and access, such as into a backyard, through a shopping centre, or to multiple spots at a school
