Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Depending on your postcode, the minimum order is $250, $500 or $1,000, plus delivery. Your equipment subtotal must reach the minimum before delivery is added. Note, we can travel outside of our regular delivery zones however minimum orders will be higher
What areas do you deliver to?

FAQs
Payments & cancellations
When do we have to pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining 50% is automatically charged to your card 7 days before your event and we may withhold equipment or delivery if it hasn’t been received.
Can you supply an invoice?
Our online booking system automatically generates a hire contract and invoice at checkout. If you need a separate invoice, just contact us after booking.
Can we pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Bank transfer is available to councils, schools, businesses, sports clubs and government agencies. It isn’t available for residential or private bookings.
Are there any extra charges?
Delivery is set by your postcode and large orders that fill most of a truck may attract a higher delivery fee. Optional extras, such as a Dedicated Delivery or Collection Time, set-up for supply-only items and Additional Delivery Services like Extended Carry & Access, are added only where needed. Read more about delivery here
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 7 days before your hire period starts, the 50% deposit is forfeited and any balance you’ve paid is refunded. If you cancel within 7 days, any funds paid are forfeited and if you cancel on the day, any outstanding balance also becomes payable. Read more about cancellation here
Can I postpone my booking?
If you postpone more than 7 days before your hire period starts, no charges apply and we’ll issue a gift card for the full value of your payments, valid for 12 months. FAQs
Delivery & collection
How much is delivery?
Delivery is set by your postcode and shows in your cart as Delivery & Collection (incl. tolls). It covers drop-off and collection on a standard, flexible basis, including fuel, tolls and driver labour. Note, additional charges may apply. Read more about delivery here
When will you deliver my order?
Delivery runs are finalised the week of your event, and once routing is complete we’ll send your 2–3 hour time window by email and text. Weekend bookings are usually delivered Thursday to Saturday and collected Sunday to Tuesday, while mid-week bookings are usually delivered the day before and collected the day after pending availability.
What's the difference between standard delivery and a Dedicated Delivery Time?
Standard delivery uses shared, flexible routes, so we deliver and collect 1–5 days either side of your event within a time window we set. A Dedicated Delivery Time or Dedicated Collection Time is an upgrade on standard delivery for when you need a fixed day or time.
Can I choose a specific delivery or collection time?
Yes. Add Dedicated Delivery or Collection Times as an upgrade on standard delivery. These take a truck and crew off shared routes so we arrive at your set time, and they’re charged in addition to standard delivery.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not always but it is recommended. Supply-only items are left at the nearest front entrance, such as your garage, front door or a venue’s lobby or loading dock. If no one can be there and there’s nowhere safe to leave your equipment, book a Dedicated Delivery Time.
Can you carry equipment into the backyard?
We deliver to the nearest point our truck can safely park, such as a driveway, garage or loading dock. If equipment needs to go further, such as into a backyard or through a shopping centre, Extended Carry & Access fees may apply. Stairs, lifts or slopes also attract an additional fee.
Do you deliver outside business hours?
Yes. Our standard hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 8am to 4pm Sunday. Deliveries or collections outside these hours are charged after hours labour per person per hour, including travel time.
Can I collect items from your warehouse?
Yes, small items can be collected from our warehouse in Brendale. Book your collection by phone, and we’ll give you the address and a collection time between 9am and 3pm. Marquees and other equipment that needs installation are delivered and installed by our team.
Do I need to clean the equipment before it's returned?
Please return all equipment in the same condition it was delivered as set out in your hire contract. Glassware, crockery and cutlery does need a rinse to remove food scraps but there’s no need to wash linen as we launder it ourselves.
What happens if something is lost or damaged?
The hirer is responsible for the cost of any equipment that is lost or damaged during the hire. Our hire contract outlines the full terms and conditions
What if equipment breaks down during my hire?
If equipment breaks down during your hire, we’ll fix it at no cost to you. This is separate from loss or damage, which the hirer is responsible for.

FAQs
Structure marquees
What is a structure marquee?
A structure marquee is a commercial, engineered frame marquee installed by our crew. We hire them in 3m, 6m, 8m, 10m and 15m widths in indefinite lengths pending availability
How much does marquee hire cost in Brisbane?
Marquee prices are shown on every product page and depend on the type and size with installation included for our commercial marquees. Delivery is added by postcode, and your equipment subtotal must reach the minimum order for your area.
What size marquee do I need?
This will depend on your guest numbers and fit-out: standing or cocktail, seated at round tables, or seated at rectangular (banquet) tables. Our marquee sizing guide below gives approx. seated numbers for every size.
Eg. 60 guests at round tables or approx. 72 at rectangular tables in a 6m x 9m marquee; these figures assume tables fill the marquee, so allow extra room for a dance floor, bar or buffet. For standing or cocktail events, check the seating diagram on the product page or contact us and we’ll confirm numbers for your layout.
